In the legal world, intuition and years of experience have always been considered esteemed
traits. There is no substitute for wisdom, right? Unfortunately, wisdom has lost a lot of cases.
Sometimes it’s misapplied; other times it’s flat-out wrong. In this presentation, we datatested
the merits of common litigation principles and strategies. The result? There’s still
plenty of wisdom in these commonly held beliefs, but they’re only applicable in a general
sense. A winning litigator must drill down deeper and examine the specific circumstances.
